This downtown Dallas high-rise condo exudes rich color, moody tones and bright surprises—an eclectic mix that feels 100% personalized to the homeowners. Architecturally industrial, with concrete walls and metal truss ceiling details, the space could easily have felt cold or stark. Instead, we used that dramatic backdrop to showcase colorful artwork, a layered mix of neutrals and jewel-toned furnishings, and distinctive accessories that transformed the condo from subdued to dynamic.

While each room has its own personality, the home flows cohesively from one space to the next, with an unexpected twist around every corner—often inspired by the homeowners’ thoughtfully curated art collection.

The open-concept living, kitchen and dining areas are individually defined while transitioning seamlessly into one another. Above, a cozy loft overlooks the main living space and takes full advantage of sweeping Dallas skyline views.

The primary bedroom and bath embrace a moodier palette, balanced by abundant natural light streaming through expansive windows. Downstairs, the bright and colorful guest bedroom is especially memorable. With no windows, we used art, mirrors, color and creative placement to give the room energy, dimension and a personality all its own.

Lighting throughout the condo was thoughtfully updated, balancing understated, functional fixtures that preserve the important views with more artistic statement pieces that add personality and presence.
