A Home in Full Swing

We met these homeowners while they were still conceptualizing their new construction home in the Heath Yacht Club, giving us the opportunity to help shape the interiors from the very beginning. We guided the finish and fixture selections throughout construction, then built upon that foundation with a furnishing design that brought even more of their personality into every space.

And this is a family that truly lives in every inch of their home. Each space was thoughtfully designed around how they gather, entertain, relax and enjoy time together.

One of our favorite features is the expansive wall of sliding doors that allows the main living area and back patio to become one continuous entertaining space. Beyond it, golf course views create a beautiful backdrop while keeping one of the family’s favorite pastimes in sight from multiple rooms.

Inside, a dramatic curved wine room creates a focal point from the main entry, while the intimate dining area and its generous round table invite long dinners and conversation. A dedicated game and media wing gives family and friends another place to gather, reinforcing what this home does so well: combine elevated design with spaces meant to be genuinely enjoyed.

From the smallest personal references to the home's biggest architectural moments, every detail tells you something about the people who live here. We had so much fun creating a home that reflects their personalities—and even more fun working with clients who became friends along the way.
