This modern Preston Hollow home is flooded with natural light from every angle, creating the perfect canvas for vibrant color and layered texture. Our client was leaving a traditional townhome and wanted her new, larger space to celebrate the spirit of her former home in Hawaii—bringing a sense of tropical paradise into everyday living.

We leaned into this vision with bold, joyful design moments throughout the home. The powder bath sets the tone with a dramatic floral wallcovering, complemented by a bottle-glass chandelier and a coconut shell vanity mirror—an immersive nod to island style.

Throughout the home, deep, saturated hues paired with bright florals create spaces that feel both energetic and welcoming—like a warm embrace the moment you step inside. The bar offers a moment of surprise and delight, featuring a floral mosaic tile backsplash that gently flows like ocean waves.

Each bedroom carries its own vibrant personality, while textural details add playful sophistication across the home. Beaded artwork, a statement dining room chandelier and faux-mohair game chairs add layers of tactile interest and visual punctuation.
