Vintage Charm Meets Modern Luxury

This charming 1920s Lakewood home was thoughtfully revived to honor its historic character while introducing a fresh, sophisticated perspective. We had a blast bringing this transformation to life through a rich, saturated color palette, beautifully layered patterns, luxurious fabrics and exquisite trimmings that make every detail count!

With every room in the home receiving our attention, we created a cohesive flow while giving each space its own distinct personality. The result is a home that wraps you in warmth the moment you enter, yet delights with unexpected design moments at every turn. A previously cavernous entry was transformed with the addition of a stunning custom bar, turning underutilized space into a functional entertaining destination with an undeniable wow factor. Paired with a statement chandelier, the entry now makes an unforgettable first impression and sets the tone for the home's eclectic New Traditional style. From the sophisticated wall covering in the utility room to the dancing pendants in the primary suite and whimsical, anthropological-inspired wall covering in the guest bathroom, there's no shortage of personality or visual interest.

Just steps outside, the pool house offers another delightful surprise! A vibrant, colorful cabana complete with an ensuite bathroom provides the perfect retreat for changing, relaxing or primping before an afternoon by the pool. Every inch is infused with charm, comfort and a little unexpected flair.

The result? A beautifully layered home where vintage character meets modern luxury, thoughtful functionality and unexpected personality—and every room feels as inviting as it is unforgettable.
