Our Favorite Dallas Interior Design Projects of 2020

As we wrap up 2020, we’re choosing to focus on our favorite spaces and their notable features. Let’s take a look.

ADI Breakroom Kitchen

ADI Corporate Headquarters Interior Design Project

Coffee, anyone? The breakroom at ADI Global’s Irving Headquarters is “A” MAZING!!!! We were charged with making this space meaningful for a diverse group of employees and how they would typically function on their breaks. Laptop stations, multi-height countertops, and tables, and lots of light!

Favorite Element: Snazzy pendant light fixtures made from corrugated cardboard (whoop, whoop for sustainability!)

Modern Transitional Master Bedroom – Chapel Creek, Frisco

“Dream a little dream of me”. This master bedroom couldn’t be more delicate with pendant lights dancing over the night chests and the hand striping on the chest drawer detail. This room makes me want to just glide into bed and have a restful night’s sleep!

Favorite Element: Those two-toned metallic leafed pendants!!!

Transitional “Manly” Master Bedroom – Fairview, TX

Ralph Lauren meets The Ritz Carlton right here in this bedroom. Yielding to the love of the outdoors without sacrificing sophistication, this man’s bedroom checks all the “manly” boxes. Textures are abundant and patterns play well together to create a restful oasis.

Favorite Element: The Donghia “fly fishing” fabric used on the duvet and windows by the chairs!

Transitional “Moditerranean” Dining Room – Fairview, TX

Exquisite space to gather. This dining room has curves in all the right places…from the groin-vaulted ceiling laden with mosaic travertine and onyx to the sexy chair backs and high-arched orchid stems. Who wouldn’t want to dine in this lovely space?

Favorite Element: That all these curves sit so well with the right angles in the hall chest and chandelier. A little rebel coming out….?

Customized Media Room – Fairview, TX

Not an average game room. It’s all fun and games in this great recreational space! Bold, bright hues and multiple activity zones make this game room “the” place to be in the house.

Favorite Element: The houndstooth fabric chairs piped with lime green welt. I’m still a little preppy at heart. 😉

Cozy and Modern Outdoor Living Space – Fairview, TX

Another latte, please! Outdoor living is at its peak here in the design world! We love creating spaces that withstand the elements, yet look and feel as good as the interior furnishings.

Favorite Element: The String Chairs…so unique they make you look twice to see what they’re really made of!

Luxury Kitchen Remodel – Frisco, TX

I’ll have a frittata! Now, this is a chef’s kitchen! Lots of workspaces and every amenity nestled in all the convenient areas, yet none of it is visible from the living room angle.

Favorite Element: The double islands…so many possibilities!

Master Bathroom Remodel – Chapel Creek, Frisco

Champagne and bubble baths. Master bathroom oasis…soft and sleek and so, so sophisticated! Polished nickel accents play off the grey and white tones, yet the curved light fixtures, groin vault ceilings, and bathtub keep the room from feeling sterile.

Favorite Element: The jaguar on crystal ball accessory…can you see him?

Mid-century Modern Pit Group – Frisco, TX

Sit and stay for a while. Mid-century modern pit group resurrected from the 60’s concept yet totally relevant with today’s colors and patterns. We love that these chairs swivel for an extra comfort factor!

Favorite Element: The rattan light fixture with its handsome vertical strapping…the perfect punctuation for this design!

Eclectic Powder Bath Remodel – Willow Bend, Plano

Mirror, mirror on the wall. This dramatic powder bath gets its moody tone set from the black wallpaper. Dots of gold keep the walls from being too serious and juxtapose in the most amazing way with the baroque mirror and light fixture.

Favorite Element: Eclecticism at its best!
