Considering remodeling your home? If so, you should seriously consider obtaining guidance from a qualified Interior Designer.

Your Partner in Conception

Interior designers work side-by-side with homeowners, architects, and contractors throughout the entire remodeling project. Good interior designers are skilled at listening well to ensure they design to your style. They also have construction knowledge which allows them to quickly determine if your ideas are realistic given your budget, timeline, and plans to use the space. Plus, they follow all the latest trends, know the best ways to utilize materials and are immersed daily in new ideas going on in the marketplace. They work with you from the beginning to the end of your project to ensure the result meets your needs and reflects your individual style.

Your Partner in Budgeting

A good designer can help you establish a realistic investment level for your project and suggest ways to improve or value engineer your project, according to your goals. They can steer you toward or away from ideas that don’t align with your investment goals. This process of planning ahead has proven to be invaluable, time and time again.

Your Partner in Execution

Once the layout or idea is established, your designer can walk you through the process of selecting and/or purchasing paint colors, finishes, materials and lighting to achieve a cohesive, functional and pleasing space. Interior design firms, like Nicole Arnold Interiors, will order, ship and track all products and materials needed for your project and carefully choreograph deliveries to keep the production schedule on track. Oftentimes, interior designers are the project overseers and work hand in hand with the tradespeople to make sure all materials are installed according to plan and up to standard.

It makes sense that I would want to get an interior designer to help with things. I’m not very good at visualizing. It would be great to have someone there who can help me out with that, as well as make some floor plans!
